Shipping & Delivery 

Free delivery  on all purchases of £100 or more to a UK Mainland address. Normally all items will be despatched within 2 working days after payment is cleared.  Large items are despatched via courier or pallet service and smaller items may be despatched via Royal Mail.

If you need your order urgently, you can select Expedited shipping service at the checkout. Expedited shipping means we will process your order on the next working day on a 24-hour service.

There will be additional charges for delivery to off UK Mainland including Scottish Islands and Scottish Highlands, Ireland and the islands. 

We deliver to most postal areas in the UK and Northern Ireland, but we're sorry that geographical location and carrier availability can restrict our service. We may not always be able to deliver certain products to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Man.

There's a small number of postcodes, usually in remote rural areas, where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales.

If there's no-one home when we deliver: deliveries will usually be made Monday to Friday 7.30am - 6pm. If there's no-one in when we delivery, each time an attempt is made, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming they have tried to deliver. Please follow the instructions on the card to rearrange delivery or collect your order.

Returns & Replacements
We’re sorry that in most circumstances it’s not possible to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it.  If you’d like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.
If you need to change your delivery address, remove the items from your order and cancel it.  Then reorder with the correct delivery address.
If your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you’ll need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products. You can also return them to our showroom in London.
There are some products which we cannot cancel, refund or exchange, such as customised systems.
You must send the goods back to Unit 7, Propeller Park, 400 North Circular Road, London, NW10 0AB at your own cost.  You must inform us of your courier or post to tracking number.
Returns Procedures:
If you return any products that have been delivered to you within 14 days of receipt, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.  For example, missing accessories, manuals, protective seals and covering.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than –
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction less any deductions for supplementary delivery costs and reimbursement for loss of value.

Ordering on ecoairdirect.com is easy - select the product/s that you want to purchase and click on Basket to check, and go to Checkout.  You must agree to our Terms and Conditions before you can proceed to make your payment.  
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro & JCB on this website.  Your card will be processed by Worldpay securely.  We do not see your credit card details as these are processed by Worldpay.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the pricing is correct on the website, there may be the unlikely occasion where we may have made a mistake on the pricing.  If this happens we will contact you immediately to notify you of the error.
